The rear seat wieght is nothing,and any wieght removed is still out of total mass.The spare tire might or might not hurt you.The biggest thing are the sway bar and the smog pump,less drag for the motor makes more power,the sway bar off lets it transfer the wieght better.

It should pick up at least a .10 IMO,them more you do remove then,it will pick up more.

I'm trapping at 97mph. What time 'should' the car be capable of with that speed/power?

I'm currently on 14.7 with 2.4 60'. I need better traction and I'm working on that...

Well I'm also from canada..not appreciated my friend.
I would think any weight reduction is a benefit at the strip, but on the road the sway bar is an important item in my opinion, I also would not even drive to the corner store without my spare and jack..JUUSSTTT in case.
