Will this combo pass emissions?

Just for future reference for myself, i am wondering if a 331 stroker, AFR185s(emissions legal pair),a cam to match, and whats in my sig would pass emissions? I have catted H pipe to throw on for emissions too. I know it says the heads are emissions legal but when you throw it all together are they still?

depends on the cam you use. You can get a custom grind and specify that it has to pass emissions.
