I was redoing my lower intake gaskets and was putting my fuel rail back on and overitghtened a fuel rail hold down bolt and it broke off in the intake. I tried for a hour to drill it out and couldnt so I put the rail where I wanted it and JB weld'd it down. Will it hold? I might take it to a shop this week aand have them fix it but I only have 120 in the bank so I hope they dont charge more than 2 hours work.....

Get that bolt out ASAP. I had that happen to me and the front fuel injector wouldnt stay in its place and it just kept dumping fuel out of it.

....What did you do to get it out, and did you go anywhere with it like that or with JB weld?

I actually put a hose clamp around it and that heater hose that runs along the intake until I got back home

Since we didnt drill it out, we found a piece of steel, drilled a hole in it just big enough for us to be able to tach weld it to the bolt, then used vicegrips and broke it loose and it came right out no problem.

If you drive anywhere with it and you're pouring smoke out of your exhaust, just watch your gas gauge ;) I was at a stop light, went to take off to come back home from school the next day and it died on me right there :bang:
