Will slp loudmouth catbacks pass emissions/inspection in NJ with stock h pipe on a 97 Cobra?
I know they wont pass with an o/r h pipe but i dont want to install them if they wont pass. I might as well just wait. Anyone?

i pass with dynomax shorties and a bassani cat x and borla cat back...no probs yet.

you will not have a problem passing.. they are 50 state legal... people in CA would pass with SLP on it.... dont worry about it... just get the stuff and ill install it

i wanna hear slp on a 4vavle.....

On OBDII cars most states just check the cpu diagnostic port for codes. I know people who are passing with long tube headers and no cats. They just use O2 sims and the cpu does'nt know there are'nt any cats.
