Hey guys,

I found an ad for this power pipe, for some reason it seems to me that it looks a little bit different from other power pipes that I've seen . . . It's advertised as fitting 86-93, does anyone think I'd have any problems getting it to fit? BTW I've got a non-HO that will soon have an explorer intake on it in my '89 LX, not sure what TB and MAF I'm gonna use yet . . .

Awww screw it I'm gonna take a chance on it, I just bought it for $68 shipped on Ebay . . . it's 3.5," hope I didn't screw myself in my haste . . . I needed some kind of intake anyways, the fact that it isn't 4" won't hurt me too much, right?

The stock airbox with a K&N flat panel filter is as good as any cold air induction kit you can buy. Just remember to remove the curly cue air horn from under the passenger side wheelwell. You have to remove the stock air filter box to remove the air horn, but it is worth 3-7 HP and it is FREE!!!

Ha! EXCEPT for the fact that I don't even have any of the stock intake tubing, just a crappy universal plastic flex-tube thats smaller than stock . . . so I figured I'd just spend the extra few bucks and get this powerpipe, it's a lot cheaper than the anderson ones
