Will this wheel/tire combo fit?

I may have an excellent opportunity to buy a set of rims and tires, however I have never understood the proper offset and backspacing needed. Also, what about the tires, will the overall OD be the same as OEM?

Here are the specs:

The wheels are Cobra Replicas in Gloss Black with a polished lip.
17x10.5 +27mm for the rear
17x9 +24mm for the front

Tires are
315/35/17s BFG Drag Radials for the rear
255/40/17s Kuhmo Ecsta SPTs for the fronts

honestly i aint got a clue as to what offset is right on these cars, and neither does most everyone else... just buy them from a good site like American Muscle who deals with mustangs and they will be right.

If they are Cobra replicas, I can't imagine the offset being wrong.

They'd have to go out of their way to make them wrong.

Are these the new DD 03 Cobra's that just came out?

And yes, the tires will fit.

Edit:
American Muscle's offset for their 10.5" wheels is +28mm... +24 for 17x9's

They'll fit fine.
More important than the offset is the backspacing, but as long as these aren't specifically made for the 05-07, they'll be fine on your SN95.

That is the same size wheel and tire combo I have except mine are black deep dish bullitts

If that guy had them on his 98 cobra, they'll fit your car just fine Marc.

Those look good, but i think you should go 18's

those wheels are SICK. Was thinking about buying those for my car a little while ago, but a good deal came up on a different set. There was a green Bullit in one of the Mustang magazines a little while ago that had those, and looked ridiculous.
