Window tint

Thinking about tinting my windows, they have a very light tint to them at the moment that was done long before I bought the car. My truck has 20% on it which is fine for me to see and because its a truck(doesnt draw attention), Iam alittle bit concerned about putting 20% on because I believe 30% or so is legal in CT. Could those that have their windows tinted just post pictures of your car and the % tint it is? Thanks

i dont remember what % tint it is, but ive had 2 cops tell me to take it off, as you can see, its still tinted PA cops are such azzhats

Hmm 35% doesnt look that bad, thats whats actually legal here looked it up last night but forgot to edit my post.

I have 35% all around on my focus, it's black an looks pretty nice. I wouldn't want to go any darker for night vision reasons. The ohio law is 50% on front side door windows but I've never been questioned or stopped. I would imagine if i were messin around speeding an stuff they'd throw that on the ticket too though.

20%, i've had it on three cars and never had a problem... it's dark but who needs to see out of their windows anyway

Anything in MI is illegal. I got pulled over the day I got my 5% done on my Cobra. I have now have 20% on it and 20% on my other Mustangs and it is much better at night.

1991notch and side pictures of your car? Mine is atleast the same color give me a idea how it would look. I would never go darker then 20% anyways.

PA laws blow... I have 35% on the sides and 20% on the back and quarters and I haven't gotten any **** yet.

Heres mine with 35%.
If you can get away with 20% go for it.I originally had 20% on my car until the cops told me to remove it

Well this is something to remember if you get a ticket for your tint its only a equipment violation so dont pay the fine take the tint off and show them and they will lift the fine. Just some FYI. But who wants to keep re-tinting their windows..

I just had mine tinted a few weeks ago, 35% on the sides and 20% on the hatch. Its the first time I have ever had a car tinted and I love it...going to do it to my truck and my wifes car sometime soon!

>20% sides and rear - 5% sunroof and eyebrow -50% windshield eyebrow down . Going to redo the 20% with 5% . They got overspray on them when i had it painted .

Thanks for the pictures, 35% would be legal but 20% still looks so sweet. But I did just relieze something, I never drive with the windows up so I dont think I'd even have a problem with the tint. Think Iam, just going to go with 20%. Sound good?
