windows not sealing properly

Just bought a 90 gt vert and it seems that the windows do not seal properly>
As i have seen with other verts all the windows line up good . For example my drivers door window has a 1/2 gap. Is there a way to re-adjust the windows so that they meet even when rolled up? Thanks for all your response..
