Windsor stroker motor help

I'm looking to build a stroker motor out of my 351 windsor block. What is the best stroker motor to build? I was thinking about building either a 393, 408, or possibly a bigger stroker. I want to run anywhere from a 11.5 to 10.0 but not spend a fortune. Can anybody tell me where I can get a complete stroker kit, a cam, and everything else I need to build my motor. I have some high performance parts I was able to save from my last windsor that I scattered. That motor ran a best et of 11.8 before I blew it apart. Can somebody lead me in the direction I need to go as far as what size stroker to build and where I can get everything to build it. I appreciate any help that you can give me. Thanks in advance!

I'm in the same decision making process. I have bought everything for the stroker engine except for the stroker kit. It's a 408 or a 418 for me. I haven't decided if I'm putting a supercharger on it or a high compression N/A. I bought my last stroker kit from Dynoflo out in Henderson, NV. and they gave just what I asked for at a very good price.

I just finished a forged 408 for a customer of mine and he finshed out around $9,500 carb to intake with some extra goodies, and braided throttle cable, flywheel, etc.., it's ready to drop in and run...

Made 538HP/508TQ on the engine dyno with a 2" header, he'll pick up power and tq when he uses the 1-3/4" swap headers he will run. Car makes over 460ftlbs at 3800rpm and 500ftlbs at 5000. Very nice streetable set-up that will go low 10's....the curves are awesome.
