hey everyone, just thought id share my winter project with you, and see some feedback.

I have a 97 Gt Auto and decided this winter id wake it up a little bit. Keep in mind im not horsepower crazy or i wouldn't drive a non pi stang . Heres the list if you could give me feedback on the choices and what you would do differently let me know all input is welcome.

~Winter List~
Pi cams
Pi intake
24# injectors (bigger?)
Prochamber
Mac cat-back
Sct Tune
Accufab 70mm TB and plenum combo.
Steeda underdrive pulleys
Lowering springs
and as soon as i can take it out of the garage in spring 3:73 gears

If im forgetting anything let me know, im basically sticking to bolt ons because im set on buying a mach or cobra next fall

Pi cams (yup, i may even have a pair actually)
Pi intake (good idea, do it with the cams)
24# injectors (bigger?) (no need, you don't need more fuel at this point at all. It'll need a tune after and unless you're over 300rwhp you don't need to worry about your 19's)
Prochamber (sounds good)
Mac cat-back (i like these as well)
Sct Tune (Would be good to buy after all these power mods, have modular powerhouse make you a tune based on the mods)
Accufab 70mm TB and plenum combo. (not really worth a lot of power, but does something and looks good)
Steeda underdrive pulleys (a few horses, i didn't notice much)
Lowering springs (good idea, buy some shocks/struts as well - and caster-camber plates if you're lowering more than 1.25")

My list for you would be:
Trans cooler
Mid-pipe and catback
springs and struts
Cobra 13" brakes
3.73 rear end gears
PI cams/intake

All of those are either severely noticeable/enjoyable or needed

I maxed out my 19's at 284rwhp @ 5200rpm.

I'd defiantly put a torque converter on that list. Somewhere between 3200 and 3900rpm's.

I probably wouldn't do torque conveter on a otherwise bolt on car unless most of the mods that i could do were done.

2/3 exhaust, intake and pulleys on a with PI intake/cams and NPI heads should be around 230-235 yeah - but it's not that low, could just be weather or other factors - torque looks good.

11.7 a/f ratio, and 90 degree air intake temp, 90% humidity, dont know if that makes a big difference...

Yea i didn't mean like it was way low, the tq does look pretty good. I think they were big factors. The AFR was kinda off
