Any other winter storm victims out there? When is this gonna stop- 50 mph wind driven snow this evening, and this morning it was 50 degrees! As the guy who plows I80 at the Illinois/Indiana state line, the Mustang was in my plans earlier, but now seems like next year!

Yeah this is some wacky a$$ weather, first it was 70*, then as ususal its gets windy as hell in St. Louis, (Idont know how Chicago got to be called the windy city), then a couple of rain showers, then a hail storm, after that comes a sleet storm, followed by windy blizzard that I had to drive to work in.

Its still windy, ice patches on the road, and its now 15*.

When it gets windy I park my car in the yard because I dont want another 30ft tree branch sitting on my gauge cluster hood.

In illinois myself and these conditions are blinding right now with the snow and 50 mph winds. It sounds like a train is going by my house the wind is so loud. At least the mustang is in the garage...no interior yet but at least its in the garage

Hey stripp I did not notice at first but my 89 lx looks alot like yours! You dont see to many 5.0's in that color, mainly 4 cylinders. It really looks nice. Do you have any larger photos posted on here?

I gave up on my car yesterday and brought the battery inside. I am experiencing the same ridiculous weather bloopbloob described. It's my old friend the shoelace express / the bus that'll be getting me around for the time being.

One word.... Wisconsin.

My boys are sound asleep for the winter. Too cold to even consider
bolting on the exhaust I bought.

Yeah it was -40 with the wind chill all weekend than it was +50 for about 12 hours on monday than -40 again with fierce winds. My house took some damage so it looks like my cars projects get put off again.

Sorry for the late response, bigkid, as the guy who plows I80 for IDOT, I've been kinda tied up in the latest 6 inch party from mother nature. No, the avatar is all I have for now, I don't know much about computers yet, my 10 year old son put that up! Old dog, new tricks. Yet again with this winter joy, 4 inches on the ground, 4 more coming. 5.0's hibernate, at least mine does!

Don't worry last week I was in a tee shirt and this week a sweater and a double zipper jacket. I guess it's just global warming I would take a pic of out side but my girl is asleep in the room so I might put one up tomorrow. What really sucks is, I just spent about 40 quarters cleaning my car and the next day it snows!!!!!!!!!!
