Wish me luck. Car's officially on Ebay (and in our classifieds).

I found the exact car I want a lot sooner than I expected, so I've decided to offload the coupe. It's been a fun learning experience. There's plenty of pictures if any of you want to see what the car looked like.

I don't consider this a for sale ad. Just letting people know what I'm doing with the car. No different linking it to there than any other classified web page.

If any moderators feel than this post is somehow inappropriate, I'll remove it.

I think if a member has over a 100 posts, they should be able to do this type of thing.

I am going to this afternoon. I just came to the firm decision to sell it last night.

It's in the classifieds now.


I found a black on black 67 Fastback with a modern 302/T-5 driveline ready to go. I could afford to go ahead and buy it, but I'm really trying to be responsible and sell the coupe first.

Sound sweet. Your car will sell on ebay if you don't have the reserve set too high. There are a lot of em around, which is bad for the sellers, but you never know. When I was looking, what mattered most was the state of disrepair the car was in. Some guys want parts cars, others basket cases, others just want to chage the plug wires and put a fresh coat of wax on it and say they rebuilt it. Good luck.

I think I've set it reasonably low. We'll see what happens.
