Witch Combo with Borla????????

Actually have a Borla Cat-back on my 01GT. I was looking to have a mid-pipe installed but dont want something too lound.

I can take a little bit more sound but really not to much more, so what you guys are suggesting?
Do i have to eliminate o\r Xpipe and the Mac Prochamber and stick with a catted X? Or any midpipe i ll put in would increase the sound to much?

depends on the borla that you have right now. If you go o/r expect the sound to be about 3-5 times louder than now and a little more raspy with an x. With the H, you will be about 3-5 times louder and deeper.

I have a Magnaflow catback. From hearing a few Borlas at the track, I would say that the Magnaflow and Borla are close in volume levels.

After adding an o/r X to my car, it roars during acceleration but isn't really any louder at a steady cruising speed.

I have the magnaflow catted -x, and I love the sound w/ the borla's. It's quiet at idle but it has a nice smooth exotic sound as you accelerate, but if you get on it hard, it roars pretty loud.. I'm very pleased with the quality of the x, and I think it complements the borla c/b well..
