Hello,
I'm currently building a 2.3 turbo and was looking at purchasing a new ECM. I have been checking out the Stinger Pimp and the SDS systems. Both seem to be very nice. Before I purchase one I would like to find out the Pro and Cons of each. Would anyone be able to help provide some feedback or experience with either of these? Thanks

Hello, Yes I have looked at their forums but I wasn't sure if it would be biased . I'm very impressed with the Pimp system. I like that it has the auto tune function and that it can run with the factory ignition system The SDS requires an aftermarket ignition box. However I do like the hand held controller SDS uses.

Once the PiMP gets better improved for tuning via Android over the air using Bluetooth it will be incredible. When I was loading my base tune and confirming my TPS voltage and timing I was using a Microsoft Windows 8 Transformer laptop/tablet and it was really easy to use especially since the screen is 10" and I can either use the touch screen or the keypad. Transformer was only $230 brand new.

The YouTube video for Stinger using the VE Analyze auto tune was really cool. They got the car mostly tuned in those 10 minutes or so and what was left was to go in and manually tweak a few things after some WOT passes.
