wondering idle

96 mustang cobra. it has a woundering idle after it warms up. inbetween 100-200 rpm range. i did a scan with a code reader at the autoparts store. it reade cat bank 1 and 2 inop(car has no cats). only other mods is flowmasters and a shifter. it didnt start doing this after i took out the cats eathier. any help would be nice.
