How many HP is the vacuum cleaner motor? Do you think it'll really help? Some say it helps get some additional air into the motor, but I'm not a believer. I'd probably just use that shiny thing on those pipes instead.

the inside of the pipes are filthy, there is dust and tiny metal shavings and foam popcorn. would compressed air clean them out well enough? If anyone has any suggestions on how to clean them out really well please chime in.

Nice toes.... Looks good. I would dremel the ends of the tubes and maybe try the power sprayer at the car wash. Vaccum them at the very least. Air might work....

Blasting water should be fine, as long as the turbo is off. Atleast I hope it is fine, I washed mine that way.

Sick man. Same turbo I'm using in my DIY setup. I'm to the point of mounting the intercooler this weekend then getting the piping up to the intake. What did it set you back?

The one thing I am confused about is why the company who made it didn't make the merge flow better. The driver side just dead ends into the passenger. I would think they would make the transition smoother. Either way, looks great.
