So when I hit bumps or accelerate rapidly it sounds like my drive shaft is hitting something while I'm driving. The car has after market rear control arms and I believe a small suspension drop on it, and poly bushings on the drive train. As I try and look into this some more I am thinking I need new rear suspension, as far as I know it is at least 7 years old but can be older than that. The more weight in the car the worse it does it. Anybody have a solution or might be able to tell me what it is for sure.??

Possibly the ebrake rubbing the DS or the muffler(s) rubbing the DS. If you get under and look, you will probably see the score marks in the DS.

If it's not easily seen, I sometimes spray a flat- black guide coat on the DS and take it for a drive. Make it get noisy and then come and look at the guide coat to see if any of it is missing.

Good luck.

Well Hissin I can see you have had a similar problem as to mine or you are just a man of great knowledge....lol I didn't even get chance to read your post and jacked the car up and fund the scrape and sure enough it was the bracket that holds the brake above the drive shaft. Thanks dude.:nice:
