the car its self body wise isnt bad. The wheels suck and the paint isnt my style.

Also I do not think that is mexico. The buildings in the background are all in english.

The problem with that car is that it fits the modification style of the genre of car it came from...in other words it looks like a modded out '90s car. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if that's a '90s video clip.
