WOT on TPS sensor is at what voltage

I was wondering what the TPS sensor deems as the wot position on our cars? I have tested the sensor voltage with the throttle body all the way open and i get around 4.73, is this normal or does it need to be more, someone told me that my wot should be like five volts flat.

If anyone has an article on the voltage range etc. please let me know

I believe anything over 4.5 is WOT. My car shows around 4.65.
