Would this be a good fan/rad for a 65?

I have a 65 with a 289. It’s long overdue for some work to keep it cool. I found this electric fan radiator combo that I would appreciate your opinion on.

I have A Champion setup on mine (347 stroker) and it does very well. I don't recall what the CFM of the fan is. If I were you I would go 3 row radiator at least instead of the 2 row. They also have a 4 row version and you can pick which fan combo you want. You can get a 3 row radiator and fan combo for about $299.
