Would this shifter handle bolt onto a T-5

Yes, it is very tall. The better choice is the Hurst stick #5388550. It is 8.6 inch heigh. It fit perfectly.

Believe me, the stick fit without mods.
It was on my T5 and now is it on the TKO. You can take
a white Hurst shifter knob with five speed pattern.
That looks very awesome in a vintage stang.

Hi,

the boot is from a 69/70 Mustang with Hurst shifter
(flat stick). I get it from Mustangsunlimited.
The part number is D0ZZ7277B and cost $18,95.
I fit perfect with the console and the stick. Without console
you can use a boot from Hurst with chrome frame.
The stick i got from summit (#HUU-5388550, price $53,95).
