I cant be the only one who does what I do. When someone tailgates me I usually get over into the right lane and floor it to lose them. Then I let them catch up, and do it 2-3 more times until I feel like they are embarassed enough and let them go. Usually puts a huge smile on my face whereas you guys get angry to the point of putting yourselves in alot of danger if the other person is crazy.

Good advice. You just know they hate it that they can't get around you

I can't remember the last time somebody messed with me like that, but if it was me I would ignore it. I have a story: Somebody was following me on my way home from work around 1 am. I could tell that they were following me because I changed lanes a few times for no reason at all, and they followed, even signaling as I did. When I got close to my neighborhood and they were still following me, I knew something was up because I had never seen the car in or around my neighborhood. So of course I high tailed it (they could barely keep up) and headed straight for the police station. Once close there I put it in Neutral and revved the engine like crazy right in front of the station. They flew outta there

Should have got your mom to flash her terts at him. That would have caught him off guard, and you could have got the jump on him.

You really know how to kick someone when they are down. Makes me wonder if you do the tailgatin'. Keep it civil and adult, if you can.

Taking offense to what someone you don't know nor have ever met says =

And who the hell calls them terts anyway? And to the thread starter, you could have just said you're little brother or sister, to avoid any chance that somebody would talk about your mom.

Winters98gt took offense to what someone said regarding his fiancee....and other members sympathized with him. How is someone's mother any different?

Personally, I think that comments regarding someone's mother or significant other is really uncalled for here. C'mon guys, Im sure we're more mature than that.

You really think anonymous people on a social website are going to act mature? Have you seen the average Mustang owner? They're usually males in their late teens and early twenties. Who in their right mind would expect them to be mature at all?

All the same, taking offense to a simple statement like that shows that Fink is indeed too young to drive with all the crying he's doing.
