Here is the story.

I have Corbeau LG1 seats in my car, don't like them too flashy for my style. So I decided to sell them and get a more stock looking seat. I find a new set of Flofits in black for a good price and buy them. The next day my good friend IM's me he has a line on 2 pairs of Recaro SE's new that never sold at a smoking price. The price was so good I bought them too!

So now I have the LG1's that are posted for sale
Flotfits AND Recaro's SE's on the way.

Selling seats is no fun!

The moral of the story is buy once and buy right the first time.

At least you're in an area where there's likely to be a high volume of possible buyers. I got lucky when I sold my stockers, a guy at work caught me in the parking lot and was asking all about the Mustang he knew I had, and ended up buying almost everything I'd taken off the body along w/the seats.

But nice choice on the Recaros!

i like those seats b/c they dont look like some boy racer jacked up srt-4 seat.

looks like ford would have made them

they look good but once you go with black seats you know what comes next...

those seats look really good in there, you're gonna need those hip bolsters with all the power you're making :nice:

okay, here's a real noob question... i've seen a lot of high horsepower cars with the stock steering wheel flipped upside down in pictures... does that have to do with turbo header (or k-member) clearance on the rag joint of the stock steering shaft? it's just something minor that i've always wondered about

 Are you sure that the wheels arent turned in those pics you see?

Well I've seen 80's GM's and a Ford Aspire body sitting on Mazda truck frame with upside down steering wheels.

My wheels are just turned. So I dunno what you are talking about.

Great.

I'm sure in a lot of those pics the wheel may have just been turned around, but I've seen it a TON of times on modularfords and turbomustangs on all different models of cars. I was just curious about it because I've seen it many times. Unfortunately, guys who can afford three sets of racing seats aren't fond of being asked questions.
