Wrecked, lucky to be alive

I was out last night driving my moms drop top 99 v6 when i did not get slowed down enough for a curve:nonono: . I lost control in the curve going about 90 and skidded sideways through almost the whole curve until the back right tire popped (baldness). It was a small curve to the left and when the tire popped, the stang went straight into the field on the left and i went through there for a little ways before I finally come to a stop in a ditch. The top was down and I have been told many times that I am very lucky it did not flip. I had my seat belt on and nothing happened to me. Surprisingly, there was not that much damage on the Stang but it had to be towed. No cops were called and I'm alive. :D Just a very pissed off mom.

If your going to rag out a car drive your own.

When my dad owned my mustang my brother used to drive the **** out of it all the time. Pissed me off because my dad was stuck fixing it when my brother messed it up.

Some people have no respect I guess.

Hope you enjoyed the ride..cost ya a bunch, luck you're still alive to type.

It was a crazy ride, it was the first time I got to drive any mustang in about a month. My car-the 85-will not start, but hopefully by this time next week it will be going. It seemed like the wreck happened in seconds, but considering how fast I was going when I lost control Im glad to be here and the car is repairable. If the tire had not popped, I think that I would have caught the car and got it going back straight because I had just about made it through the curve. And yes, I feel like a jackass for f***ing up my moms car. I paid for it to be towed and Im going to try to pay what I can for it to be fixed.

I still think that is just stupid... must have took for ever to get to 90 huh??

90 on any curve is stupid, if there had been police involvement ur license would be gone!!

Yea it is a very slow car. I had it up to 120 before I wrecked it. No, I turn 18 on the 11th. No speeding tickets and one reckless driving that got dropped to an improper movement. First wreck that was my fault. Trust me, the lesson was definitely learned here.
