xe282hr valve float

has anybody used other than the reccomended springs by comp with this cam i have titanium retainers.what springs at what hieght are you guys using.
also who makes the best light weight rockers for stud mount heads, its a 347 vic jr heads would like to spin it to 6500.

you most likely will have valve float with the vic jr springs. from jay allen: just becasue the specs of the edelbrock springs are good, that doesnt mean what they really are.
hence my problem....
