"Your submission could not be processed because a security token is missing" WTF

Whats going on with this site? I am getting these stupid errors almost every other time I post a reply or a new thread... and even sending a PM. It wasn't like this a couple months ago. I would get the error every great one in awhile, now I get them 3/4 of the time. I have to hit the back button and HOPE my text didn't get erased. Now I am in the habit of copying the message before I hit submit, because I already had to re-write a few

Have you cleared out your cache and cookies recently? Sounds like a cookie set with your login credentials is bunk. Give that a short for starters and let's see what happens next. I am glad to help figure something out, so please be patient as we work through this.
