You dont even need a spring compressor to do it.
Rear spring install- jack the car in the air and put jackstands under each side. Make sure you put blocks in front of the front tires.. Take off rear tires. Put floor jack under the rear differential of the car and raise it so the springs are compressed. Unbolt the Quad shocks and rear shocks. Lower the rear back down and the rear springs should fall right out. To reinstall the lowering springs back track the disassembly.
Front spring install- Jack what ever side your doing first up and put a jackstand under the frame. Remove the front tire. Place floor jack under the A- arm and raise it untill the spring and shock comperess. Remove theBrake caliper, rotor and wheel bearing. Unbolt your swaybar endlinks. Unbolt the front strut(your going to need a breaker bar). Once you have everything unbolted you can lower the floor jack slowly and then pull it out from under the a-arm. Now with the A-arm hanging down you can push it further down with your foot and the spring will fall right out. reverse steps for installation of new springs.
