I gotta lose some weight!

hey MustangGT95 when you took that **** did you drink vodka? Cause my friends took steroids and when combined with vodka they lose mind , starts get cocky and picking on everybody , wrecking stuff and flipin out .I lost many friends cause of juice so poeple think twice about taking this crap.Hmm you said that stuff caused bad muscle soreness , it should not becuase steroids regenerate body a lot faster , looks like it depends on body type or something else.
For best results in bulding muscle stay away from mashines .
I was crazy about all that but when got to the point where it was no sense getting bigger and heavier I started working on my strenght and quickness. Man! that was the best training I ever had. hahaaha I could talk all day about that stuff but my english is poor , maybe that is good? :)

i know people that get like that just from the alcohol(i'm sure we all know ppl like that..). It's all about personality. I know plenty of people on steroids and they are completely calm. Then you got the guy who is normally an ******* but is taking steroids and now he thinks it gives him an excuse to be more of an *******. Lastly, if your serious about lifting and taking steroids you shouldn't be drinking anyways!

Try writing down everything that you eat and what is in it.. It's kind of a pain in the ass, but it makes you realize how much you do actually eat.. Eat small, eat often...
As far as lifting, FORM is far more important than WEIGHT!!!!! I cannot emphasize this enough...Even when doing something as simple as curls, I see alot of guys at the gym trying to curl 45s or 50's and in the wrong form, while I'm curling 35's with my elbow tucked and turning my wrist in, and my biceps make theirs look like they're from one of the Olsen twins...

I personally have not taken 'roids yet..But when I hit that nasty plateau, I'm not opposed to it.. I too have done alot of research on this over the last 3 or 4 years and haven't really found anything that will NOT make me want to take them.. I am extremely healthy, 22, and know to take things in moderation, but this is a whole different subject, not relating to you at all, so I will end here..

I'm 5'11 and last January i weighed 217 this january im 183. I did my loss real slow. I usually run about twice a week. Watch the portions drink lots of water. I do pushups, crunchs, leg lifts, zooms. a couple times a week. And right now i coach wrestling so i wrestle with the guys a few days a week also. I only eat out once or twice a week max. That helps a lot.

I can't tell you how important FORM is. Especially on squats and deadlifts. Deadlifts can really hurt you if you do them wrong. Also eating 6 meals a day is the best way to do it. On this diet I am never hungry or full. By keeping your metabolism up all day long you also help burn fat. Also the more muscle you have the more fat you burn doing nothing.

I was reading up on my soreness and it was because I was injecting into a "virgin" muscle. I also injected into the front of my thigh which many people get pain from. The pain is from the oil based steroids trying to pass into your system or whatever. Lots of guys get less pain from shooting into their glutes. Which is what I will try if I ever do it again.

I was also on test 250 which is supposed to be a rough roid to shoot. I researched it a good deal and most guys get soreness. First couple times is always the worst until you get used to it.

But I wouldn't recommend everyone going out and juicing. Unless you eat right and lift right it will not help. Eating right and getting on some of the most basic supplements will help a lot. You also have to eat right to need the supplements.

Also when you first start going to the gym don't try to impress anyone but doing heavy weight. Especially when you are having to use your back to do curls and whatever. It really makes you look worse than curling 25 the correct way.

Also do not be afraid to ask people what your doing wrong and how you should do better. I have yet to meet someone at the gym who won't readily tell you all about their routine. Most guys at the gym are actually pretty nice guys. I am an ******* all the time but whenever I am at the gym i releave a bunch of stress and I really feel better.

Working out regularly has really changed my demeanor. I still have a bad temper but it takes a lot more for it to show its ugly face now than it did before I exercised regularly. I also rarely get sick anymore and if I do its really mild. I do not drink or do drugs which also helps a lot. I don't claim to be the healthiest person in the world because sometimes I am forced to eat crap but my lifestyle is definitely much better than the majority.

im about 58 1/2 and weigh between 175 and 180. i used to lift a lot in highschool, but since i graduated last year, and work out of town a lot, i find it hard to get back into the whole gym thing. once im back from my current trip im going to try to hop back in it. my brother is into fitness a lot, so i think i'll hit the gym with him.

i was going to ask though; whenever im on a job site (i re-image gas stations) i wont drink coke or anything, just gatorade and the occasional morning coffee. i was wondering how much better it is to drink gatorade then it is coke (if its better at all). or should i just try to switch to nothing but water, and are the propel fitness waters just as good for you as normal water

Gatorade is still LOADED with Sugar and is still empty calories.. Propel fitness water or water is a far better alternatives.. I also drink alot of juice throughout the day, such as apple juice, orange juice, and good ole' milk..

Yup Gatorade is actually pretty bad for you. Unless your running a marathon or something then its ok.

You'd be better off drinking diet coke or diet pepsi. But water is still the best.

milk = cow juice :D

I'm still holding my ground on the water thing. But it's been tough. That stupid ice storm hit our area hard (Springfield, MO was on the world news). Have some relatives living with us, until their power is restored and they are Dr. Pepper drinking fools. And I love that stuff. :bang:

People told me once I switched to Diet pop, I could never go back. Maybe true for some people, but not me. One waitress screw up and 9 months of diet pop was ruined. My body likes sugar WAY too much. LOL

BTW - I'm also sticking to the rule. No food within 2 hours of going to bed. It's actually been working pretty good for me.
