thanks Brian, I didn't really buy it to make it run a number but we'll see maybe one day i'll get it there. It's a very fun street car. Before it goes to the track it needs tires and a tune and i'm sure the T5 will be put to death on that day as well..lol

I definitely will let you know for sure. I should be closing a deal on some draglites with tires this week and then going in for a tune real soon. Maybe a track rental of some sort before the end of the season.

Not sure how I missed this thread, but sorry to hear about your car. It's great that the new owner is on here and plans to take good care of the car. My buddy just had his car tuned at Dez and they're awesome. Mike is a great guy. Post up the numbers!

Yeah the only thing is them Mass boys like going to NED (even tho you live in RI now jeff) which might be a HAUL for you from Jersey.

Also Dez will probably be where I go when I have a motor in the car!

Ya definitely, your car will get back to it's old self again with some slicks. Not that 12.9's on a REAL street tire with your bolt ons isn't dam impressive. I'll be bringing the car into dez sometime next week for a dyno tune. Gotta call mike on tuesday to finalize a day/time that's good for the both of us. Justin i'll definitely keep you and everyone else updated. If i go to the track down your way i'll let you know for sure!

hey thanks man! I picked up some draglites yesterday with some 26x10 hoosier slicks and some 3.5's for the front. The car is getting closer to being ready for the track. Tune this week and then it'll just be whenever work allows me to get up there.

Yep he's the new proud owner.. Hopefully she's treatin ya well!! This weekend would have been perfect for a cruise . At least your someone who's an enthusist. I didnt want to sell it to some punk kid who would wrap it around a tree.. Glad to see your making her sweeter then before!
