well everyone, it looks like im going to get a 4 banger hatch and build it, my dads friend called me today and says he needs to sell it, and that he would be willing to sell it for about $4-500 bux, its got 150k on it but the body is pretty nice, it needs a fender, which I have and then it needs a transplant job, shouldnt be very hard at all, swap harnesses, engine trans rear, take all the a/c heat bs out swap in my 140mph speedo and ill be good to go, alot better than a ****load of body work, then trying to find the harnesses, then all the other crap, the body work will take about 2 months moving along pretty well, so ill take the better route on this one.........

there's other things needed for a 4-8 swap. front brake system, rack and pinion, master cyl/brake booster, fuel and brake lines and a few other things.

yeah mine should be done in about a month, then ill save up for some paint, and ride out, but the swap isnt that hard at all, so ill just take my time with it, then work the engine over slightly and ill have me a little badass car, for like 1000 bux lol.......

Well, some people go through twice the work. They get it running first, then pull it back out, do the body then put the motor and trans back in. This is mostly done with custom jobs with a lot of fabbing.

Make sure you fix that rot hole in the cowl there above the ECM. That will cause leakeage on all your wire harnesses and carpet and it will make the car stink!!
