those crazy windows...

both my driver and passenger side windows dont line up correctly. the pass. side doesnt even roll all the way up to the weatherstripping (maybe about 1/4 to 1/2 inch away) and the drivers side seems to be too high in the back (hits the weatherstripping and pushes outward) how the heck do i adjust these things?

First, check the body lines where the fenders meet the doors, they wont be perfect but a line that is closer at the top than the bottom could mean rusty floor boards or rockers.
I did type in how to adjust the glass but it is pretty complicated to write down so you need a manual, I would recommend the- "65 mustang Body assembly manual"
get what year you need from a mustang parts place like CJ's mustang parts.com

The easiest way to do it is to loosen the glass, roll down a little bit, get inside the car and close the door, roll window back up and make sure glass is where it need to be in relation to the weatherstrip. Tighten all adjustment bolts and that should be pretty close. Small final adjustments might be needed if door is sagging.

are the adjustment bolts inside the door behind the panel?
