It happends, as much as they try hospitals are dangerous places for infections. My wife is a nurse and she wont even bring any of her work clothes into the house, she changes in the laundry room before she comes in.

Yeah, 22.
I guess i'm an "experienced veteran" with somethinglol
From now on I'm just gonna call you Frankenstein.![]()

This is pretty much the same thing that happened to LeCharles Bentley and ended his career.
This is not a good thing for him.

Brady is going to be fine, all this doom and gloom crap about him not coming back next year or ever again is allhes going to be fine

Actually they said on ESPN today that Brady's doctor has been consulting with James Andrews and that apparently Brady is responding to IV antibiotics. As long as the repair isnt compramised he should be good to go next year.
Worst case is they will have to redo the original surgery and then he would probably miss at least part of next season if that happends.

Crazy stuff. I know quite a bit about staph because my youngest son is real susceptible for some reason. He's had it 4-5 times in the last 2 years. So far it clears up with antibiotics and Bactriban if he has a cut. We have to watch any cut he gets since even the minor scrapes will get staph.

Both me and my brother came down with staph infections last summer. That Bactriban stuff killed mine off fairly quickly but my brother's was quite a bit tougher.
Sure, he'll probably be ok...but there is a serious concern about it and it could get ugly. No matter how far in the sand Redline sticks his head, it's a legitimate problem.
I read somewhere that a second attempt at a acl repair if the first is compromised is not as good of a chance of recovery..
This is what he gets for going to LA for his surgery.. BTW why was Dr. andrews not the doctor who did the surgery to start with.
