tire/wheel fit

Iwant to put 14 x 7 mustang styled steel wheels and 245/60-14 bfg's on the rear of my 65 convertible, anyone seen this combo or know if this combo will work without tire rub? also want to install 1 1/2" lift rear springs.

i have that setup on my 65. No rub. I also run a 265/50/15 drag radial with no rub.

You should be able to do that. I currently have mine setup similarly with 235 60 15 rear.
