I may or may not have a line on a rust free hatch, however the glass needs to be resealed on it, and the wiring has been hacked up. This is what my hatch looks like right now:
This is the original hatch to my car. Somewhere along the way someone put a GT wing on it and filled the LX wing holes. I picked up a decent LX wing this past weekend and I am trying to decide if I should bother keeping this one or not.

^^^Agree with this. Had an 84 GT I finally had to give up on. I cut out rust and patched holes and killed it all DEAD!....or so I thought. I painted it, and a year later, you could look through the rust holes in the roof. I thought I had won the battle, and it just kept coming back. Problem is, those old cars weren't galvanized like they are now, and they rust from the inside out. In places you just can't get to without cutting the car open with a giant can opener. Hatches are easy to replace, considering what happened with mine. I'd replace it and rock on! Good luck!!
