Mines still out from doing torque box reinforcements. Totally picked up AT least 2 whole tenths having them out, at least! lolI rode around w out a backseat for awhile. Man it was haulin' azz then..
I haven't read through the thread again, but I really don't see anywhere where someone flat out said to just ditch them. But, I have done my fair share of experimenting with them. Keeping them on, flipping them, replacing them, different tires, different wheels, different suspension parts of different part combinations and several different power levels. Although if you are referring to me, then nope, never told anyone to flat out ditch them.Whether or not quads help or not, is unique to each car, not many here run the same control arms, same springs, same tires and same shocks. It's a combination of parts. I've had wheel hop and not had wheel hop, never did truly figure what it was, sometimes it still happens, but it's tolerable.
If they can fit, by default imo you run them.
I think we all get the point, some people don't need them, but assuming nobody does and suggesting to ditch them instead of experimenting with and without them is kinda arrogant.
Doritos tacos. Was kidding about the taking a crap thing too.
Although I did know a guy who did that before making passes at the track. Wondered what the hell he was eating....
