I recently acquired a 92LX with a 347. I'm immersing myself in the forums, both here and on Corral.net. I would like some feedback on my current set-up, and what I can do to improve performance.

Known:
Pro-M 75mm Maf calibrated for 30# and CAI
70mm BBK TB w/spacer
BBK Fenderwall CAI
30# Injectors
Tubular GT40 UIM
Spacer between UIM/LIM
Twisted flow heads portmatched to LIM
Long Tube Headers (Can't find the brand...I can change my plug easily tho)
MSD Ignition and coil
AC delete

Unknowns:
Camshaft (very lumpy)
Valve train
Compression ratio
Timing (getting a gun delivered soon)

General questions:
Should I upgrade to a 75mm TB?
Should I upgrade to #42 Injectors?
Should I not use the MSD Ignition?
Does the factory PCM have a rev limiter built in?

I'm looking at purchasing the MOATES QUARTERHORSE/BINARY EDITOR for data logging and tuning...tho I may also have it dyno tuned.

I appreciate all comments...

General questions:
Should I upgrade to a 75mm TB? No
Should I upgrade to #42 Injectors? No
Should I not use the MSD Ignition? I wouldn't
Does the factory PCM have a rev limiter built in? Yes, 6250.

Gonna be difficult to figure things out without info on the cam. Gotta know that.

All opinions come with zero warranty or liability. :D

I think I'm gonna buy a mustang and resell it. Stock 5.0
If it doesn't have it already, I'm going to add some headers, a B cam, an intake, and tw170 heads.

Then, I'm gonna advertise the engine at 347 cubic inches.....Who's gonna check me?

If you don't know for sure what heads are on the engine, what cam is in the engine, what the CR is, or what's under those valve covers,..How do you know what size the engine is?

There's no way I'd let a guy tell me a car has a stroker in it until he proved that it does. And if he was the guy that installed/had that engine installed, I'd expect him to tell me what " the rest of the story" was that goes with it.

Yikes! Spank me daddy!

You are of course correct. I based the purchase off the condition of the car, the paperwork I reviewed (there was some), and this kid's character. He's a Warrant Officer candidate in the Army...I'm prior Army...so I felt I read him correctly. I will say the car is fast as hell...for whatever that is worth. But I may have been a little impetuous...

The heads are def Twisted. There is paperwork to support the machine work done on the engine. There's a lot of "nice" upgrades to the suspension, brakes, and trans...as well as under the hood to make me think the PO's didn't cut corners. But as you pointed out I won't know until I do a partial disassembly this winter and verify what I got.
