please help my mustang wont come out of limp mode

i have an s197 2008 mustang gt with multiple codes, p0141 and 161, p0152,p061b,p1000,and p2196 and 2198.
i have replaced o2 sensors on bank 1 and 2 (the front ones, i am gonna purachase mil eliminators for the cats 02s) i have replaced the throttle body, i have replaced the air filter with a nice knn stock filter. the problem i have is when i start the car it sounds kinda like its misfiring and when i let the clutch off and give it gas will die then jolt to 2k rpms and go (doesnt happen everytime though). the car will die when trying to start (not all the time but happens frequently). the car will be alright for a few minutes of driving but after awhile the wrench light will pop and i loose engine power. its not exactly limp mode though its more like a cut in power. can someome please show me what i need to fix? ive been trying to fix this for a month now.

It's possible but you would have battery issues. My experience with the alternator is accessories shut down one by one until the car died. Look at the MAF and see if it's dirty. Change the fuel filter.

Were the codes set after it started acting up or before? Sounds like the emissions codes were set before and the rest after it started acting up.

It's possible that unmetered air is getting into the engine. Make sure all the connections from air filter to throttle body are airtight, and perform a smoke test to rule out a leaking intake manifold runner gasket.

ive done that all the lines are good. after lookinf further i have found that my alternator is good, the battery however has lost 140 or so cca and my o2 sensors for the rear werent put back in when installing the midpipe. could this cause all these codes and problems?
The rear O2's shouldn't cause drivability problems. At least in my experience they haven't. Now the battery is another story. Did you have it tested?

Check the MAF as well. A little electrical cleaner should do the trick if it's dirty.

yes i had it tested today along with the alternator. the cca went from 590 to 433. ive cleaned the maf sensor twice with maf cleaner and it has the same problems still.

As long as the battery is charging you should be OK even if it's a little diminished. I assume you've checked spark plugs? Coils should be ok since you don't have a misfire code. Check your fuel pressure too. I'm pointing toward the simple, inexpensive stuff first.

Having the same problem ,changed all the sensors and still no good . Took it in to Ford and they cant find the problem ,i have another exhaust set up from a 2007 i am going to swap to see if it my cats ,i even swapped my ecu with the one from the 2007 and the 2007 key for the reader and still the same thing ,i believe it is somthing with my 2005 and not the motor because it ran perfect in the 2007 i took it out of
