Progress Thread Hoopty v2.0 - Back in action!

You have an escapee headed down the driveway (or carpark as they say across the pond) put a leash on that kid, a retractable one so you can reel them in when they get too far away :D
Man that's no joke. We live on a corner lot and despite being a small acreage community, people FLY by and blow the stop sign more often than not. I should have used the wheel money to fence the rest of my yard in (~40% now) because we're constantly worrying about kids and dogs getting into the street.

The home I live in now came with a chain link fence surrounding the entire 3/4 acre I own.. First time any of my properties have been fenced like this... Nothing fancy, but it is so nice swinging my cheapo gate shut and feeling a little more secure with my dog ( or grandkids if I had any).....

BC Forged LE-10. Very similar to this photo, except I cant tell if I got this bronze or the other one. Either way, very close.
The only other change is I got chrome bolts vs the gold in this photo.

Damn Le10s were my next wheel of choice, but also liking the signature wheel line as well. As for the measuring stuff I’d say you already have a set that one likes as far as off set etc could you just use those numbers or are they spec’d differently?

Man those signature wheels are HIGGHHHHHH dollar.

I was warned to take my own measurements because these cars do vary. Plus the Brembo calipers were an added difficulty. But, they ended up having a spec theyve used before for my case. I think they will fit a LOT better than the current wheels. The fronts stick out a hair too far

Truth they are pricey but nice, but the bc forged aren’t no pocket change either!!! The LE10s are my fav but also like the LE215. So many questions haha did you go with the flat or step lip? For the center section on the blades did you go standard or do any of the other 2 that protrude? When do think you will get them in? Can’t wait to see them, gonna be sick! This is what my current wheel specs are, just running series 3 lmr wheels with custom caps to try and give them a one off appearance ;) curious how off they are compared to what you measured.

Flat lip, nothing weird on the spokes. 18x18.5 and 18x10. I know the offset in the front is +22, dont remember on the rears.
Not sure on delivery... they say 6-8 weeks from order date (12/22/22). I asked the vendor yesterday, he said that he has a dealer portal and once the wheels are complete, he'll get a tracking number for shipping and will pass it to me. It'd be cool to know when they go into production, but oh well. Very happy with the vendor, extremely knowledgeable and instant communication. Pkop motorsports.

It was mid-70s and bluebird yesterday so a few of us had a last minute meet up. My daughter absolutely loves my car and that makes me so happy. We rode about an hour south to a little hole-in-the-wall and hung out for a while. The other red 93 is a coyote powered car, the rest are all pushrod still. Fortunate to have a very active fox crowd down here. While car annoys me with a lot of little issues that plague it, it's nice to jump in and twist the key without wondering if Im going to make it.

My wheels and tires sold, so Ill probably haul them up to Dallas at the end of the month. I priced new tires and about choked. They're going to cost more than the 35" Nittos I put on my truck recently. Something doesnt make sense!!

Whatever you do, don't go to 22's. I just put Toyo Open Country AT3 in a 35x12.5R22 and it was $3200. They better last the rest of my life. Haven't priced out 18s for my fox yet, but I'm planning on Toyo R888s or whatever the latest model is. They were tits on my 2011.

Love the pic with your daughter. Can't wait to see if mine continues to love it like she did before it broke.

I’m just kickin’ it old school over here with my 15s. I think I spent about $700 on new tires when I got the Alcoas.

Y'all are killing me with the pics! Of all the vehicles Ive sold, my '94 F150 aka The Pink Panty Dropper was the one that I always miss the most. I've been on the hunt for a Bronco lately. My neighbor has a really decent '96 that he wont sell me.

As for tires, my '17 250 has the factory 20s. I think they look the best.

Yeah. The factory wheels look slick with the larger tires. I just can't get behind the black wheel trend that seems to have swept the nation.

My '85 is a celebration of all things '80s. Brown, brown, and more brown as far as the eye can see. I love it.

There are a few wheels I think I would like better on my truck but I'm not going to get them as I would then need to level it to make the 35's fit without rubbing (or stay stock offset, nope). My stock 2020 2500HD with 35x12.5 and no rubbing, these big ass trucks make 35's look kinda small.

I just can't leave anything alone, is my problem. Hence why I sold the Scat Pack. This is my truck with the 3" lift. I've since gone to a 6", but don't have any pics on my phone. 22x12s on a 1500 with 35s. These were the old cheap tires that never balanced out though.
