What is that curved piece that looks like it goes over the wheel well? Doesn't seem to belong on this group, or is that for the cobra?

You see, you needed to have flares on the SVO to control all of that asphalt and gravel that it kicked up every time it launched.

While the intermission music is playing:

Say, a guy has a 2.5" Cervinis hood but the underside was never painted. Let's say a guy picked up a replacement hood insulator and just wanted to finished the edges that the insulator doesn't cover.

Let's also say that the guy wants to rattle can the project in the garage.

What stuff should he use from start to finish? I'm thinking flat-black or semi-gloss.

I mean, the guy is.

Red scotch bright scuff pad, give it a good overall scuffing by hand. Then SEM trim black. 3-;4 light coats. Give you a good matte black finish

Got into the engine bay and wire hide. Found some rust behind the hood hinges (pretty typical) the driver side metal is pretty well gone. But not a big deal for me to repair. More fun to come this weekend

Per Bill’s request.
Gave the ole SVO a little drop and put some panels back on. Moved over to the clean room for a little cure out time

So ETA on the carbon fiber dual rear wing setup? I have a feeling that is going to be some serious eye candy.

Fall on that. Im also smoothing on the factory dash pad and will either recover it in leather or use it as a plug to do a carbon version.
