if i recall correctly, the 5 speed foxes bone stock were like 6.1 seconds, so I imaging the auto would be a little slower

Do you want it in 1987 numbers or in 2007 numbers.

In 1987, an automatic could probably do it in 6-7 seconds

In 2007, after 20 years and a bunch of miles, it can be anywhere from 6-16 seconds depending on how ragged out the car is.

Stock Aod's were slugs!! Ive added a 2800 stall speed converter,410 gears and a shift kit! Now its a 0-60 machine!! In fact 0-60 is where I win most of my races at the track. Top end is where I usually get passed!

Website says:

1991 Ford Mustang GT 7.3 15.6
1992 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 6.2 14.8

I dunno about that

Lol 15.6???

My bone stock AOD 1988 LX 5.0L went 14.8 @ 93MPH. It was in a good state of tune however and low mileage

Those two times are probably an AOD vs a T-5 model. I'd say 15.6 almost sounds pretty close to right for a totally stock AOD with 3.08's.
