02 GT, RPM issues??

hey guys n gals... ive recently noticed what may be a problem with my car, now ive only had it for about a month... but is it normal for the RPMS to linger after you rev it up??

for example... on a warmed up engine, just sitting.. rev to 3-3500 and let off, the car will die down first to about 1200 rpm for 2 seconds, then 1000rpm for 3 seconds, then back to the normal 750.

is this normal?? i dont like it!

Yeah, I believe it's normal. Mine hangs. You can get/make something to make the rpm's drop faster tho

Yes, I've noticed that the RPM's hang a little while going down. I kinda like it though, makes the exhaust notes louder for that split second...reminds me why I love my Stang!

i got the plate, still dosent fix or change anything under 1500's rpms... not enough airflow to block from sensor any changes w/ the smaller hole. basically, ive tried to get rid of it, and now its accepted as normal
