off road x-pipe or X-pipe w/cats, does it matter? what's the differnces bettween the two? which one makes more hp and torq? also what does catted X pipe means? is it the same as w/cats?

offroad means that it has no cats. it is illegal, hence it was designed for off-road purposes only ... track, ect.

catted means that it has cats on it. Normally these are "high-flow" cats, but none the less they offer almost the same restriction that the stocks do.

Off-road will give you more horsepower and torque.

Here's a little more advise for you. An offroad (no cats) x pipe will sound alot nicer and give you a snappier throttle but a hi flow x pipe will give you more low end torque. I truthfully like the off road x pipe alot better but I went with a hi flow so I would be legal and dont have to worry about the sniffer!
