Probably not. As I understand it, you want the lowest octane you can run without pinging. The more octane, the harder it is for the gas to combust, which is why you can increase your timing when running higher octane and also why higher octane gas is required for higher compression ratio's.
I didn't see your mods, but I'd assume 93 is probably more than enough.
