11.602 @ 122 run in 03 Cobra only 1.7 60's.. possible 11.4 run

Only launching @ 2800 and not speed shifting.

Do you guys think launching harder and speed shifting will get me in the 11.4's

hell ya it will help. 2800 is a pretty modest launch for m/t's. maybe try several different rpm's like 3, 3.5, and 4 and 4.5 thousand and see the results.

For every tenth you take off your 60 ft it should knock 1.5 tenths off your ET. I launch my 03 at 5000 rpm on 10.5 ET Streets with a little slip on the clutch plus I run a 3.90 gear. My best 60 ft so far is 1.52

What kind of tire pressures are you running? I went to the track here in ID last night, it was a cool night(70's maybe), and I ran 16psi in M/T ET's with a launch around 3000 and my 60' was still sorry. Any advice? I am running the 26x11.50/17 M/T's.

I run 8-10 psi and launch at 5000 rpm with a slight slip of the clutch and then go WOT after I hook to get low 1.50's on 10.5 ET Streets.
