Yes, it did it prior to the most recent tune and the other two before that. The coolant leak was due to a blown head gasket. That's been resolved. I think I have an extra set of spark plug wires. I'll try swapping those.

Can you dive deeper into the misting of the plug wires?Reset the computer, drive it around, run the codes.
Another thing you can do to test the wires and cap, using a spray bottle of water, mist the plug wires while the engine is running to see if it drops a cylinder.
The code 41 does not mean the 02's are bad,
A miss is usually a cap or wires arcing.
Vent, ignore it.Inside of distributor mechanically looks good except I found this little round thing. Very odd.
It's possible for the #7 wire to arc against the dip stick housing. I've corrected that, but it's a similar feel just not as strong.Vent, ignore it.
With the engine running at temp spray a mist of water on the cap and wires covering a small area at a time all the way to the plugs.
You say there was an issue with the plug wires at the dipstick tube?
Adjusted/turned the boot so it was farther away from the dipstick base and didn't arc. I could see it arcing while viewing and examing the engine bay in the dark.New wire or just moved it.
