13.858 1/4 Mile Near Stock

Very excited to get my nearly stock 1989 LX into the 13's , 3.73 gears and slicks .

9 runs this weekend under 14

Hope you all had as much fun as I had in my Mustang.

I was launching at 2000 to 2500 . More bogging when I was launching 1500 to 1900 .

So no exhaust, or intake mods? Stock ignition system, Stock suspension, stock chassis, stock air horn, paper filter, short belt, etc? No added, or removed parts what so ever?

There's stock....and then there's stock-ish.

The gears alone have already taken if from stock, to stock-ish, but I'd be curious to see if the rest is as it came from the factory?

Lol....I wasn't trying to pee in your cornflakes. Just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page when throwing the word "stock" into the mix.

I can change the thread title if you wish through.

It was a 14 sec killer last time it saw the track, it was slow but man that was a good time.
