I want to put 17x10 wheels on the rear of my 93 GT. What exactly needs to be done?

Roll the fenders? Flip/Remove quads? etc...

Also, is it really worth all the trouble. This car is my daily driver. Want to get some nice looking deep dish wheels. Or should I just stick with 17x9's all around?

What size tires to use on 17x10's?

you will have a hard time finding 17x10, they usually come in 17x10.5 or 18x10

best would be to do a search, this has been covered a few times but im sure a few guys who have done this will throw up a post.

when i had 17x10.5 on my 03 GT, i ran 315/35/17 but i am not sure if you would have to run a slightly smaller size on a fox...again, someone who has done it can let you know.

good luck.

I just installed some 17x10 Pony R rims with 315/35 Nitto DR on my 88 notch.. its lowered with BBK springs, I had to roll the fenders and flipped the quads. Have some 2.5 flowmaster tailpipes but haven't had time to install them. So not sure if any modifications need to be done for them to fit.

Don't the 17x10 wheels sit out near the fender lip about the same as a 17x9 with a 24mm offset would on a fox with a SN rear end from a 94-95 model mustang?

I think the norm is 275/40 or 285/40
