I'm looking into some rear tires for some 18x10" rims. I'm leaning towards either the BFG (315/30/18) or the Nitto drag radials (305/35/18). I'm a little concerned about tire wear since this will be street driven. Do any of you guys have experience? Would you recommend something else? Thank you.

If you are worried about wear, get the Nittos. Period.

I have a 315/35R17 Nitto sitting in my room right now. I was gonna get the BFG's but they wear down too fast. Plus the Nittos look better.

Adn get the 335/30ZR-18. That would be badass.

Nittos are known for their "long life". I have 275's on a 17". They hold up well daily driven.

The trade-off for the long life is not quite as good of a stick at the track.

I can't see that fitting on a 10" rim

I think it would. It would just bubble more than others.

But you would probably have to ditch the quads and do some inner fender massaging and possible roll the fender.

But like I said it would look badass.

How many miles should I expect out of the Nitto's if I'm not to hard on them?

The Nitto DRs also run narrow for their size. Probably wouldn't be too bad.

I have to agree that it would be bad***!!! I just don't want to run into clearance issues. Plus it calls for a 11.5" rim and up for the 335. I know that's conservative but a 1.5" jump is quite a bit of difference.

My nitto 315s are like 1/4 -1/2 an inch narrower than my Sumitomos.
