I am currently running 265/35/18 all around on some 18" DD bullets. They side wall seems kinda hard to me and really transfers all those bumps inside.

1) is there a 40 or 45 series tire that will work on my 03 GT and no scrub, and if i go from a 265/35 to a 265/40 for example, doesnt the width get smaller? I guess I"m just looking for a tire for my 18's with more sidewall and will still give me the width look I have now. It seems like I have plenty of room for a bigger tire in the rear and still a bit in the front.

If anyone has some Pics and advice I would be soooo greatful. Thanks!

275/35/18 is what you're wanting

will be a tiny bit taller, but also wider

No no no. If you want car to handle semi-decent stick to 265 or less up front.

I just got a new set of DD Bullits and Tires on my 01....18x9 and 18x10. I originally had 285/35's on my previous set of Bullits all the way around...that size is fine for the rear but was a bit too big for the front wheels and made cornering a little too soft. With my new set I went with 265/85's on the front and kept the 285/35's for the rear.
