Just for future reference, there were only 2 starters back in the 60's and 70's, a long nose and a short nose. On either the long nose or the short nose you could swap the 2 bolt or 3 bolt head if you had the wrong one. 20 years ago I could have told you which was which, but that memory is evidently gone .
Hey Richard. I got it from CJ pony parts. After flattening the tube a little with my pop's and his hydraulic press it went in no problem . Have just about 1/2 inch clearance from the starter now. And thanks Richard
